Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
. Provisional bookings are held for 7 days pending confirmation by post/email and a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost.
. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of non-payment, the owner reserves the right to cancel the rental and notify the tenant by post/email. The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
. Cancellation with full refund up to 30 days before arrival, no refund less than 30 days. In the event of cancellation by the owner for rare and exceptional reasons, a refund of your full payment will be made.
. A deposit of 600 € will be requested with the payment of the balance. This will only be cashed in the event of excessive dirtiness or damage to the house or exterior. A pre-departure check is carried out in each house and your deposit will be destroyed or returned within 8 days of your departure, provided that the premises are returned correctly.
